I just took a stroll on the old USS NUECES. They turned the bridge into the "barge master's" office so I couldn't get in there. Some of the old space designator plates are still in place outside the doors but most of what she was is well hidden. You can read "NUECES" under the paint on the fantail. And "APL 40" is well painted on the bow. Inside is almost all berthing and lounges and a few offices and shops for ship's maintenance.
